Tips for viewing:The following document is best viewed with Netscape Communicator 4.0 and above, although it should also work just as well with Microsoft's Internet Explorer, or any other graphical browser which supports tables.The document is optimized for viewing at 800x600 screen resolution, with the browser window maximised, and is separated into pages to facilitate printing (you may need to reduce the margin sizes in "Print Settings" so that each page will fit neatly on to an A4 sheet). There are 14 pages in total. Navigation from page to page is by way of the arrows on either side of the number at the top of each page. The right arrow will load the next page, the left arrow will move back to the previous page. There are many small embedded .gif files, necessary for the the purpose of rendering equations and non-standard symbols. It is recommended that you turn "auto load images" on. For those who wish to browse the document offline, there is a ZIPed
archive of all of files in this document. Unzip the archive into a new
directory and load "index.html" with your browser.
